- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Quotes are due by 20 March 2017 @ 2:00 pm Pacific Time. This RFQ will result in a firm fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 335312 Motor and Generator Manufacturing. The United States Property and Fiscal Office of the Oregon Army National Guard is soliciting quotes to procure the following supply or services: Delivery Location: 153000 SE Minuteman Way BLD 6480, Clackamas, OR 97015 CLIN 0001: Diesel Engine Repair Parts Per Scope of Work and Attachment 1- Parts List CLIN 0001: Diesel Engine Repair Parts 1 LOT $ _________ SPECIFICATION 1.0 Scope of Work 1.1 The vendor shall furnish the following supplies and services. 1.2 Vendor is responsible for shipping items, FOB, to Oregon National Guard CSMS #44 within 60 days and provide the OEM parts listed for the FARYMANN DIESEL ENGINE, MODEL 43F, 13.5 HORSEPOWER., FOUR CYCLE, SINGLE CYLINDER, {NSN: 2815-01486-7691, according to this Statement of Work. 1.3 Vendor shall notify Government immediately concerning items on back-order. 1.4 Vendor will provide emergency contact list to Government for communication 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. 1.5 Returns-Vendor agrees to provide credit with no restocking charge, to Government for returned items, provided such items are in re-saleable condition and returned to Vendor's facility. 2.0 Materials and Requirement 2.1 Vendor must be able to provide all of the following mandatory replacement OEM Farymann engine parts and the quantity requested: See Attached Parts Schedule. 2.2 In the event the vendor cannot furnish OEM specific parts then the vendor will inform the Government immediately. 3.0 Service Specifications 3.1 All documentation (invoice, packing slip. product labels, bin labels) conform to the same part number, full description, package quantity and National Stocking Number for accurate product identification. 3.1.1 Product label must include 2"x 3" label with part number, full product description, quantity and lot number 3.2 The following Farymann OEM parts and their specifications required are listed below. Include the following information on your quote: Cage code, Tax ID number, company name, phone number, contact, and email. Offerors must also submit copies of their Reps and Certs or indicate that they are filled out on SAM.gov. Evaluation Criteria : Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror that meets the minimum performance standards and is determined responsible in accordance with FAR Part 9.
