- This project consists of providing all labor and material for the demolition of wood siding on the garage and storage building and installation of aluminum metal panel system with concealed fasteners. Also the Replacement of ballasted EPDM roofing system with a new fully-adhered EPDM roofing system at the Northern Research Station, Grand Rapids, Minnesota. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000 Estimated start date of the project is Mid-May 2017 The solicitation will be available on approximately March 10, 2017, and can be download from this site at the time. All interested contractors are strongly encouraged to attended the site visit on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at 10:00 AM (Central Time) Quotes are due on April 5, 2017 at 2:00PM (Central Time) and can be emailed to mikeash@fs.fed.us
