- The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. This project is for the replacement of light fixtures at Malmstrom AFB, (Great Falls) Montana. Work consists of the contractor shall provide all items, articles, materials, operations, or methods listed, mentioned or scheduled and/or as specified herein, including all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to replace the lighting fixtures in the buildings with more energy efficient lighting fixtures based on the specification on the drawings throughout, Malmstrom AFB, MT, in accordance with the project specifications, drawings and blueprints. The Request for Proposal will be available on or about 28 March 2017. The Request for Proposal will close on or about 28 April 2017. The Performance Period for this project is one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed. The Notice to Proceed will be issued within 10 days after award of the solicitation. This acquisition is open to small businesses in accordance with the Small Business Jobs Act of 2010. The Request for Proposal will be available by Electronic Transmission only at: http://www.fbo.gov. Potential contractors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management to be eligible for award. (See internet site: sam.gov). All responsible sources must submit an offer good through 30 September 2017, which shall be considered by the agency. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000.
