- Solicitation The Texas Army National Guard, Grand Prairie, TX has agreements in place with the Republic of Singapore Government, through both the United States Security Assistance Command (USASAC) for the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) and the Security Assistance Training Command (SATFA) to send personnel to be trained. Aircraft operational status are a vital role in the training piece for RSAF. All aircraft maintenance are to be sustained in accordance with US Army quality standards per DA PAM 738-751. USAFTD is responsible for the management and processes for 6 CH-47s currently stationed at Redmond Taylor Heliport in Grand Prairie, TX. The objective of this solicitation is to provide technical and expertise assistance in the management of aircraft maintenance. The Configuration Manager is ultimately responsible for guiding RSAF maintenance in accordance with US Army quality standard per DA PAM 738-751/AR 70-62 and to ensure that the operational rate maintain at a high standard. Additional duties required include Flight Engineer Instructor Ground training and administrative completion per TC 3-04.11 Commander's Aviation Training Program.
