Description

1. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit offers for chiller maintenance services and repair for the VA Spokane Healthcare System in Spokane, WA. A Statement of Work (SOW) will be included in the solicitation. The Request for Quote number is VA260-17-Q-0214. 2. The solicitation will result in the award of a single contract. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed-price contract. The applicable NAICS code is 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except automotive and electronic) Repair and Maintenance. 3. The intended contract period of performance is April 1st, 2017 March 31st, 2017 with four (4) option years. 4. Telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be honored. When issued, the solicitation will be available via the FedBizOpps website, http://www.fbo.gov/. The tentative solicitation issue date is March 6th 2017, and the anticipated closing date is March 17th, 2017. Interested offerors are advised to consult the actual solicitation for final dates and times. 5. Offers from all capable and responsible sources will be considered.
