- Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Installation Contracting Office - Fort Carson, CO intends to award firm-fixed price contracts for the procurement of books to restock Army Community Services (ACS) training materials for programs and classes. There are 111 titles with separate ISBNs as identified in the attached "Book List" spreadsheet. This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Solicitation Number: W911RZ-17-Q-0023 Questions must be submitted no later than: 1100 MST, 6 March 2017 All quotes must be submitted no later than: 1500 MST, 6 March 2017 All items must be delivered by: 31 March 2017 Delivery location: refer to solicitation document The government is considering multiple awards. Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management ( www.sam.gov ). All correspondence must be by email and reference the full soliciation number or it will not receive a response. Submit all quotes or inquiries to the email address listed below. Vendors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments will only be available by downloading documents on http://www.fbo.gov (Federal Business Opportunities). By submitting a quote, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither it nor its principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise inelgiblble to receive contracts from any Federal agency. Due to technical diffiulties, notice has been modified to include resubmitted solicitation document and book list spreadsheet. Solicitation deadline has been extended to 1700 MST on 6 March, questions deadline has been extended to 1600 MST, 6 March.
