- SOW This is a Request for information and Sources Sought Notice for Market Research purposes only. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, QUOTATION OR BID. NO SOLICITATION IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. The Government will consider this requirement for a small business set-a-side to a specific socioeconomic program, total small business set-a-side, or open-market (unrestricted). The government may also post an intent to SOLE SOURCE if market research (to include this sources sought) shows lack of competition. This requirement will be posted under NAICS 721110 - Hotels. The Contracting Office for United States Property & Fiscal Officer (USPFO) for Missouri is seeking information regarding capability and availability of commercial sources to provide a location for LODGING and MEETING space for the recruiting and retention SEMINAR (17-21 JULY). Location MUST be in state of MISSOURI and have a population of greater than 100,000. Multiple activities for families to do must be available within 20 miniute of location. All personnel MUST lodge in the same building as the SEMINAR (Meeting space). Please see attached statement of work (SOW_V2) for details. All potential awardees MUST be registered in SAM.gov and accept payment via WAWF. Personnel and Rooms are estimated at this time. Exspect a change of QTY Clause in award for addition rooms. Please include your CAGE Code, Business Size, and Socioeconomic Designation if applicable.
