- Solicitation Notice UPDATE, New site visit March 10. This project consists of installing gate arm at Mooers, Chateaugay and Cannon Corners Border Station. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, tools, management, and supervision per Statement of Work dated January 25, 2017 Estimated Project amount from $25,000 to $100,000 There's another site visit is scheduled for March 6, 2017 at: 11:00 a.m. at Chateaugay LPOE,US-Border Crossing, NY-374,Chateaugay, NY 12920 12:15 p.m. at Cannon Corners LPOE, 1295 Cannon Corners Rd, Mooers Forks, NY 12959 1:15 p.m. at Mooers LPOE, 1511 Hemmingford Road, Mooers, NY 12958. All interested contractors is encouraged to attend the site visit and provide accurate proposal. T This is the only scheduled site visit for the project. All proposals must be in proper format which is written, detailed and itemized and on proper forms, proposals not in this format will not be accepted. Proposal are due on 03/16/2017 at 4:30 p.m. EST. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set Aside.
