- Description
- This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term contract which will include NSN 5895-01-552-5705, Panel, Control, Electrical - Electronic Equipment and is identified by Westwind Technologies, Inc. dba WTI, CAGE 1K9E4, P/N LSF02070-101. The solicitation will be issued as unrestricted using other than full and open competition procedures. The proposed contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. The estimated annual quantity is 17 each for the base year and each option year. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 4 each and will be satisfied in the base year. Offers will be solicited with a delivery of 115 days ARO. Terms are FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination covering DLA Direct requirements only. Based on market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. Clause 252.225-7021, Trade Agreements applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. Solicitation will be made in writing and will issue on or about March 20, 2017.
