Description

ITEM UNIQUE IDENTIFICATION (IUID) CHECKLIST Form Approved: OMB No. 0704-0188 STATEMETN OF WORK (SOW) WITH INSTURCTIONS ON CLIN 0002'S CDRL FOR COUNERFEIT PROVENTION. PACKAGING REPORT TRANSPORTATION REPORT The Defense Logistics Agency, DLR Procurement Operations, Warner Robins, will acquire spares for the Combat Search and Rescue (CSAR) missions performed by HC-130P/N, HC-130(H)N and UH-I N platform using ther than full and open competition procedures. A definitive, purchase order to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) is contemplated; pursuant to 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Detail drawings are not available from the procuring activity. This is a Commercial Off-The-Shelf ( COTS) non-developmental system from their Star Safire II series of products.
