- SOW Purchase Description(PD) RFI This is a Request for Information(RFI) for MHU-110 and MHU-141 Small Munitions Trailers. This Purchase Description (PD) covers the requirements for two (2) munitions trailer classifications, the MHU-110V2 and MHU-141V2 munitions trailer, hereafter referred to as "trailer" when referring to both trailer classifications. A United States Air Force (USAF) Flight Line Tow Tractor (FLTT) is the prime mover of the trailer. The FLTT is described by Commercial Item Description (CID) A-A-59312. When towed by the FLTT, the trailer is capable of transporting live munitions over road conditions that range from unimproved road surfaces to dry level concrete on US Air Force installations.
