- DRAFT STATEMENT OF WORK The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) is seeking qualified sources to procure one (1) each CNC horizontal boring and milling machine to be installed at the U.S. Coast Guard Yard, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226. The boring and milling machine shall meet the minimum physical, functional, and performance characteristics identified in the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW). This requirement will include installation and training. This sources sought notice is being issued to identify sources capable of accomplishing this work and to assist in determining procurement strategy. This is not a solicitation. The Government does not intend to pay for information submitted as a result of this notice. Responses to this sources sought notice must provide the following information: 1. Capability statement expressing interest in this requirement to include a description of your company and its capability of meeting the SOW. Statement should include brief description of available products meeting the SOW. 2. Statement of your firm's business size and type (HUBZOne, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, 8(a), Woman-Owned). If the firm is a large business request submission of available authorized distributors. 3. Cage Code and DUNS Number. 4. Standard Commercial Warranty. 5. List of at least three (3) past performance references to include name, point of contact, title, telephone number, and email address. 6. Identification of country of manufacture. 7. Identification of firm as a manufacturer or distributor. 8. Statement of any special terms and conditions, such as payment, financing, freight, and acceptance. 9. Identification of any restrictive characteristics contained in the attached draft SOW. Responses to this sources sought notice must be received by the close of business on March 20, 2017.
