- W912DR-17-T-0049-0001 Amendment The Solicitation, W912DR-17-T-0049, will be issued for HVAC Maintenance Services and is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses, NAICS 238220 size standard of 500 Employees. The project has an anticipated performance period of 365 days from April 1, 2017, with one option period of 12 months. Interested parties must register in System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be awarded a contract. To register you will need your DUNS number. https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Instructions for registering are on the website. Contractor shall be required to perform all work described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) at the following locations: 993 W. COUNTY LINE ROAD, HATBORO, PA 19040 10 WALLACE AVENUE, DOWNINGTOWN, PA 19335 1600 NORTH BROAD STREET, UNIT 3, PHILADELPHIA, PA 18471 SMOCK HWY, SUITE 102, MEADVILLE, PA 16335 4850 MCKNIGHT ROAD, STOREOOM B, PITTSBURG, PA 15237 5476 CAMPBELL'S RUN ROAD, PITTSBURG, PA 15202 1822 STEFKO BLVD, BETHLEHEM, PA 18017 848 E. MAIN STREET, EPHRATA, PA 17522 PLANK ROAD COMMONS, 2770 OLD RTE 720, SUITES B34/35, ALTOON, PA 16601 VILLAGE SQUARE SHOPPING CENTER, 70 COMMERCE DRIVE #76, WYOMISSING, PA 19610 271 TRI COUNTY LANE, BELLE VERNON, PA 15012 The Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, staff, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and supplies to complete the Project.
