- The AFTC Installation Contracting Division/PZIOAB, Eglin AFB FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract under FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), to STAR Dynamics Corporation, 4455 Reynolds Dr Hilliard, OH, 43026. The NAICS code is 811219 and its size standard is $20.5 million. The following items will be procured: Installation and testing of Bi-static Link CLIN Description Qty 0001 Evaluate and design bistatic interface linke and associated hardware /software modifications to the AMIRS- 1&2 1 ea 0002 Full installation, activation and acceptance testing 1 ea Contractors interested in this requirement should submit a technical package, which provides clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the Government's requirement. In addition, the response should include any special requirements for a commercial contract (i.e. Commercial Financing, Warranty Provisions, Delivery Information, etc.) in accordance with Far Part 12. Anticipated award date is March 21, 2017. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received no later than 8:00 a.m., Central Time, March 17, 2017. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
