Amendment 2 with SF-30 Amendment No. Two (2) to the solicitation hereby incorporates the following changes: In accordance, with FAR 15.206 Amending the Solicitation. The RFP-16-241-SOL-00007 shall be extended by thirty one (31) days to 5pm EST, Friday, April 7, 2017. Therefore, Closing Date for submission of proposals is 5pm EST, Friday, April 7, 2017 The Great Plains Area Indian Health Service (IHS) is soliciting proposals from prospective contractor (s) or firm (s) interested in providing support in the completion of inpatient and outpatient coding, surgical coding services, data entry, third party billing, and accounts receivable services for the following IHS Healthcare Facilities; Standing Rock in Ft. Yates, ND, Belcourt, ND, McLaughlin, SD, Cheyenne River in Eagle Butte, SD, Rapid City, SD, Ft. Thompson, SD, Rosebud, SD, Lower Brule, SD, Sisseton, SD, Wagner, SD, Pine Ridge, SD, Kyle, SD, Wanblee, SD and Winnebago, NE. The Great Plains Area Indian Health Service anticipates on making multiple awards of a firm fixed price, Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity type of contracts. Each order shall be obligated through the issuance of Task Orders. The period of performance will be for one (1) base year plus four (4) one - year options. The government reserves the right to exercise any one of the option years. Period of performance is anticipated to begin on April 1, 2017 through March 31, 2018. The government anticipates awarding a total of fourteen (14) contract awards from this solicitation. One individual ID/IQ contract award for each one of the Bid Schedules (A-N). Each offeror is allowed to make an offer on one or all of the bid schedules. However, if the offeror submits a bid on only one of the bid schedules that offeror will only be considered for that one award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 524292. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for the NAICS code 524292 is $32.5 Million. *This requirement is being issued for Indian-Owned entities only under the authority of HHSAR Subpart 326.6. Acquisition under the Buy Indian Act. RFP-17-241-SOL-00005 (solicitation package) has been uploaded to this Pre-solicitation Notice on the Federal Business Opportunities website.
