- Redacted Sole-Source Justification This effort is to procure engineering services for the AN/ALQ-211(V)4 and (V)9. The effort will be to update and configure the MDFGx software on two servers for our Electronic Combat International Security Assistance Program (ECISAP) labs. The contractor shall provide two (2) MDFGx server workstations updated with the AN/ALQ-211(V)4 and (V)9 software for all country configurations. Workstations shall be delivered no later than 8 months after contract award. Effort is sole source to Harris Corporation, CAGE code 28527 based on the authorities at FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements and FAR 6.302-4 International Agreement. The requirements were awarded as Cost-Plus Fixed-Fee (CPFF) since uncertainties involved in contract performance do not permit costs to be estimated with sufficient accuracy to use any type of fixed-price contract.
