- Statement of Work Instructions to Quoters This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 in combination with the solicitation procedures in FAR 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested as a result of this notice. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 and DFARS Change Notice 20161222. Submission of written (emailed) quotes must be in accordance with FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items. Verbal offers will not be accepted. The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a firm fixed price contract without discussions with respective vendors. The anticipated period of performance of this contract incorporates one (1) 12-month base period and one (1) 12-month option period. The tentative period of performance for the base period is March 31, 2017 - March 30, 2018 and each subsequent, 12-month option period may commence thereafter as required. The Government has a requirement for memberships to a physical fitness facility within a.5 mile radius of 1500 Wilson Boulevard, Rosslyn, VA. All interested vendors shall provide quotes for the items outlined in the attached Statement of Work and Instruction to Quoters. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 713940 for Fitness and Recreational Sports Centers. The size standard is $7.5M. This is an unrestricted acquisition. Mandatory Registrations: To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this RFQ, the apparent successful quoter must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and registrations must be current and contain no exclusions. If your Representations and Certifications are not current, go to https://www.sam.gov/ to register and update your account prior to the closing date of this RFQ. There will be no exceptions.
