- Attachment #3 Specs Ford F450 Attachment #2 Specs Ford F450 Attachment #1 Specs Ford F350 Solicitation Clauses CLINS/Delivery Combo Synopsis THIS RFQ IS 100% RESERVED FOR SMALL BUSINESS. Western Area Power Administration, Sierra Nevada Region, Folsom, CA Office has a requirement for a Utility Truck bodies for electrician vehicles in accordance with the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) DESOL0010834 and Attachments. This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. A fixed price contract will be awarded using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable procedures. A fixed price contract will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industrial Code (NAICS) is 336211 and the business size standard is 1,000 Employees. Referenced FAR clauses are available in full text at: https://www.acquisition.gov/?q=/browse/far/. Offeror must be registered in the SAM.gov before an award can be made to them. If the offeror is not registered in SAM, it may do so through the SAM website at: www.sam.gov.
