- CMC3 EPM RFP Rev A CMC3 RFP Section A-M without J Final Amendment 4 SF 30 CM3 Amendment 4 The purpose of Amendment 4 is to clarify the following areas of the RFP and Excel Pricing Model (SF30 attached): • Table B-2 labor categories have been revised to align with Attachment L-1 Standard Labor Categories. • Table L-2a has Total Compensation Plan and BOE template pages limits clarified. • Translation Services clarified in Attachment L-1 Standard Labor Categories and in note below Table L.4a. The category "Professional Specialist" has been removed. • The Excel Pricing Model has been updated to remove the "Professional Specialist" category to align with the updated Table L-1 Standard Labor Categories.
