- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division intends to procure an Electrical Interface Enclosure (EIE) on a Sole Source basis from Leidos, Inc. Leidos, Inc. is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and maintains sole data rights to this part that is being procured. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
