- Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) is responsible for identifying the applicable building design and construction codes, standards, and guidance and for overseeing that any repairs, rehabilitation, construction, and maintenance performed or planned to be conducted at Washington Union Station (WUS) is designed, conducted, and performed by the responsible parties in compliance with the applicable building design and construction codes, standards, and guidance. WUS is owned by the United States Government with oversight and the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) responsibility vested in the FRA. This is a competitively awarded single awardee Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) award for Architect-Engineering (A-E) services required to assist FRA in those duties.
