- This amendment is being issued to respond to the questions that potential offerors have submitted, with the government's answers below. Q1: Paragraph 7 SOW, states that contractor maintenance program will include replacement of ionic beds, drain valves, fill solenoids, heating elements, water sensors/probes, and belts. Will the contractor be responsible for purchasing the spare parts or will the government? A1: Yes, it is the intent of the SOW that the service provider provides all necessary parts for the maintenance of the humidifiers. As a result of this amendment, there is NOT an extension to the deadline for quotes.
