- Sources Sought: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, United States Military Academy, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is seeking sources for the following items: Access to a union database of over 5 million titles including a consortium of 18 academic libraries including the United States Military Academy (USMA) Library, Vassar, Bard, Union, & Colgate who all adhere to a 48 hour turn around for requests from partner institutions. Data must interface with current USMA Library systems to be available via a pass through search from the Library's web based online public catalog, or from a separate hotlink on the Library's web portal. To express your interest and capabilities, please provide the following information: 1. Company name; company address; CAGE and DUNS numbers; point of contact: name, title, phone number, postal mail and e-mail addresses. 2. Your business size. 3. Indicate if your business does or does not have a GSA Schedule, and if so, what is the schedule number. Your business must also be registered on www.sam.gov. ADDITIONAL NOTE: OFFEROR (vendor) QUOTES ARE NOT REQUIRED AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME. This is not a solicitation but a notification in an attempt to identify the pool size and demographics of potential offerors for a possible, upcoming purchase. All responsible parties that feel they can provide this service should forward their capabilities in writing to Joseph.R.Bloss.civ@mail.mil. Please indicate your business size (Small, Large etc...) in your responses. This notice will close on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 by 1000 EDT.
