- DRAFT SPECS for Industry Comment DRAFT PLANS for Industry Comment DRAFT Plans and Specifications for the Post 45: Charleston Harbor Entrance Channel Deepening and Widening Project - Contract 1 are posted for the purpose of receiving industry feedback in order to help strengthen and clarify the Solicitation/Invitation for Bid (IFB) package. The DRAFT documents are for information purposes only and shall NOT be construed as the formal Solicitation/IFB. DRAFT documents may be revised before the issuance of the Solicitation/IFB. PLEASE NOTE: No proposals are being requested in response to these DRAFT documents and none will be considered. The Formal Solicitation/IFB release date is estimated to occur within the next 3-6 months. Questions and comments about the DRAFT Plans and Specs may be submitted to David W. Decker, david.w.decker@usace.army.mil before the response date given in this announcement. The Government will not provide any responses prior to the release of the formal Solicitation/IFB. Once the Solicitation/IFB is released a timeline for submission of questions will be established and responses will be given at that time.
