- ****03-6-2017 To add the Specification sheet FAA-R-1224 Rev B Amendment 2 Dated April 10, 1962.***** The FAA has a need for the First Article Production of the VOR Loop Antenna. The anticipated Contract Type will be a firm fixed price Purchase Order. Upon approval of the First Article there will be a request for the production line of nineteen additional(19)units. The vendor will make parts as specified in Engineering Drawing D-50404. The vendor will provide parts built to the print in kit form, with no assembly of parts. Please follow the instructions in the Statement of Work and the Drawings/Specification sheet in it's entirety. The award will be made to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The announcement will also be used to determine if adequate competition exist amongst qualified Small Business Vendors. Please complete and submit the Business Declaration attached so the determination can be made to Set-Aside for Small Business concerns. Please submit a quote with all required documentation electronically by the closing date of the announcement March 10, 2017 by 5:00 PM, CST to nia.glover@faa.gov.
