- Updated Section B Updated Drawing showing the location of the tree to be removed. Pre-bid Sign in Sheet 1. Adding the following line item: Remove one - 14" diameter evergreen adjacent to the west wing. See updated drawing. 2. Remove line item to pipe and manhole testing requirements from the specifications and Section B. 3. Provide, as part of Section B, a cost per linear foot to install drain line. This number will be used if the estimated pipe lengths(s) as shown on the drawings exceeded by +15%. 4. Change: For the native plant mound remove rocks around the mound, minimize damage to the mound and put excess dirt back in the trench put rocks back in original Location. 5. Attached is an updated Section B. 6. Attached is the sign in sheet to the pre-bid meeting.
