- PACKAGING TRANSPORTATION WD CDRL QASP CGFP RFP This is a Request For Proposal for Repair Services for the C-5 Malfunction Detection Analysis and Recording System (MADARS); Printer Unit (PU)/Printout Unit (POU), (NSN(s): 4920-01-506-4328UC, PN: 57710A120400). This effort will be a 5 year contract (one, one-year basic period, followed by four, one-year ordering periods). The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with other than full and open competition. Acquisition of this part is restricted to the following sources: BAE Systems Technology Solutions & Services, Inc. (CAGE 99789). Supplies or services required are available from only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified below for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition.
