- PACKAGING TRANSPORTATION WD CDRL QASP PWS CGFP Solicitation This is a Request for Proposal for the depot-level test and repair of the Gridded Traveling Wave Tubes (GTWT) used on the F-15C-E and the AC-130U Fire Control Radar (NSN(s): 5960-01-469-8421FX, Part Number 8655744-1). This effort will be a 5 year contract (one, one-year basic period, followed by four, one-year ordering periods). The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with other than full and open competition. Acquisition of this part is restricted to the following sources: L-3 Communications-Electron Technologies Inc. (Cage: 73293). Supplies or services required are available from only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified below for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition.
