- Amendment 0001 It has been decided that competition will be limited to 8(a) firms located within the geographical area serviced by the following SBA District Offices; Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Minnesota from Region V, Missouri from Region VII, Tennessee from Region IV and other 8(a) construction firms with a bona-fide place of business within the geographical competitive area, and the assigned NAICS code. All other 8(a) BD Participants are deemed ineligible to submit offers. The work includes, but is not limited to, placement of sand for seepage and mitigation berms, tree planting, earthwork, cover crop planting at wetland mitigation site, and placement of gravel on access road. Contract Estimated Range: $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 Construct # of days: 243 consecutive calendar days NAICS Code: 237990 Size Standard: $36.5 Million Site Inspection: Arrangements and POC information for the Site Inspection will be included in the solicitation.
