- Amendment to Solicitation to extend end date to 9 March 2017 10:00 AM The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock, Contracting Department, Virginia Beach VA, intends to award a 100 percent small business set-aside Firm Fixed Price commercial contract for JetBoots V4, brand name or equal (must be listed as Equipment authorized for Navy Use (ANU) Diver Propulsion Devices). The procurement will be acquired in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation number is N00167-17-T-0025. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-94 (effective 19 January 2017) and DFARS Publication Notice 20161222 (effective 22 December 2016). This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside and FOB Destination is required. The Delivery is requested 30 days after contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 339920 Sporting and Athletic Goods Manufacturing; the size standard is 750 employees. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the Government Point of Entry (GPE) website: https://www.fbo.gov on or about 16 February 2017. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, must be considered by the agency.
