- Plans and Specifications W5J9JE-17-R-0002 Solicitation W5J9JE-17-R-0002 Remove thirteen (13) existing elevators and three (3) existing dumbwaiters. All elevators and dumbwaiters systems shall be removed in their entirety, to include all associative system in hoist ways and machine rooms. Provide and install thirteen (13) new elevators and three (3) new dumbwaiters. New conveying system shall be full and complete, and all associative components and must be completed before starting work on the succeeding phase. First phase must be completed before construction/proceeding onto the second phase. •-
