- Attention to All Prospective Offerors (please also refer to previous Sources Sought Posting, at https://www.fbo.gov/index?mode=form&id=b92d2aa14553f98207ed28bdff7960b3&tab=ntype : ) Yokota Air Base hereby solicits subject requirements, Solar PV Carports and Collectors, Tokorozawa Communications Site, Japan. By this announcement, interested offerors are requested to review the attachment titled Request for Proposal', dated February 8, 2017, and provide presentations explaining how they will meet the government requirements. Presentation materials and briefing shall be in English and not exceed 30 minutes. As a result of the presentations, the government will evaluate offeror(s)' capability and select one contractor to form an outgrant (please review attached Example of License Outgrant). Evaluation criteria for selecting the contractor is shown in Attachment 4, Page 15 of the said Request for Proposal. If you are interested in participating, please schedule presentations with the individual below. Michael Haka at michael.haka@us.af.mil Please schedule the presentations with the above individuals no later than 14 Apr 17 (Friday), 1600 hours, Japan Standard Time. Responses received after the date/time above may not be entertained. If you have any questions, please also contact both individuals in writing in English. The government will share all the questions from offerors and answers from the government on this announcement.
