W91QVN-14-D-0031, 0032, 0033, 0035, 0036,0037, 0038, and 0039. A. Site Visit: Offerors w ho intend to propose on this solicitation are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit. See site visit Clause FAR 52.236-27 Alt I in Section L. Offerors are required to have a valid Korean Identification card w hen attending the site visit orientation. B. SUBMISSION OF PROPOSAL: Proposal shall be submitted by 13:00 hours on the closing date. a. The PRICING PORPOSAL b. Technical proposal: 1.Offer Breakdown 2. Section K 3. Conceptual Drawings 4. LCS Required Documents This solicitation is conducted under the LCS program and w ill result in a contract betw een the Government of the Republic of Korea (ROK) and the contractor. ROK w ill directly pay the contractor. No appropriated funds of the United States (US) shall be obligated for payment due under this contract. See Section L for details. If the contractor is unable to submit the proposal in response to this RFP, the Contractor shall submit a "No-Offer Letter" by the closing date and time.
