Description
SYNOPSIS INTER-AMERICAN FOUNDATION (IAF) PROFESSIONAL LOCAL LIAISON ADVISORY SERVICE (LLAS) CONTRACTOR FOR BRAZIL TFSAIAF17CI0007 The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Inter-American Foundation (IAF) intends on issuing a solicitation in electronic format on or about March 9, 2017, to fulfill a position for a PROFESSIONAL LOCAL LIAISON ADVISORY SERVICE (LLAS) CONTRACTOR FOR BRAZIL. IAF is seeking applications from qualified citizens living in Brazil to provide services as a LLAS Contractor in Brazil under a Personal Service Contract. Detailed requirements will be included in the RFP, but to allow for planning, we anticipate the requirement of a complete application in response to the full RFP by March 31, 2017 and will include, at a minimum the following items: 1. Submission of a cover letter in Portuguese that demonstrates the applicant's capability to perform each of the required work responsibilities identified in the statement of work. 2. A resume or Curriculum Vitae (CV) that demonstrates the applicant has the required qualifications identified in Section 4.0 of the statement of work in the RFP. The resume or CV must be written in Portuguese and hand signed. 3. A list of three (3) references with contact information (telephone number and if available, email). 4. A copy of applicant's educational diploma. 5. A copy of applicant's identification card with photograph (driver's license, national identification card, or passport acceptable). 6. Provide applicant's salary history for last three jobs. This procurement will be conducted in accordance with the procedures outlined in FAR Subpart 5.2. IAF intends to issue an award for a base period of one (1) year and four (4), one year Option Periods in accordance with the Statement of Work and Contract Terms and Conditions outlined in the RFP.
