Description

SITE VISIT DETAILS: Two site visits will be offered: Tuesday, March 14th at 9am and 1pm for the North Las Vegas ATCT Facility; and Friday, March 17th at 9am and 1pm for the New Las Vegas ATCT. If you would like to attend one of the site visits please send an email to: Ranelle.Yazzie@faa.gov, at least one day before the scheduled site visit. In your email, please state the date and time of the site visit you would like to attend, the name of attendees, email address, and phone number. Space is limited at each of the site visits. The purpose of this Request for Offer (RFO) is to seek competent and qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, insurance, notifications, license, permits, fees and supervision necessary to provide Janitorial Services at the New and North Las Vegas Air Traffic Control Towers (ATCT) in Las Vegas, Nevada, in accordance with the specifications, contract clauses, terms, conditions and wage rates. This is a Total Small Business Set Aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561720, Janitorial Services. An OPTIONAL site visit may be offered. Details on the site visit will be posted to this announcement. Contractors interested in attending the site visit will be required to notify the Contracting Officer in writing of their interest in attending and provide their name, phone number, email address, and name of company they will be representing. All contractors proposing this project desiring an interpretation or clarification of the specifications, contract terms and conditions, etc., must make the request by e-mail to Angela Layman at Angela.Layman@faa.gov. TELEPHONE QUESTIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The requestor shall provide a company name, point-of-contact name, address and telephone number; as well as a return e-mail address. The Contracting Officer is the only person authorized to make clarifications, interpretations, or changes to this solicitation. Final questions regarding this RFO are due by March 17th, 10am (PDT). Submission of Offer: Please see Section L of the Request for Offers package. OFFERS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN MARCH 21ST, BY 12 P.M. PACIFIC DAYLIGHT TIME (PDT). NOTICE for informational purposes for Minority, Women-owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU), has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $500,000.
