*****Shall Read RFQ**** ****Must Submit this Completed Form with Quote Submission**** ***Shall read RFQ document*** The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to procure lights and installation in Bureau vehicles for the office located in Denver. Please see below for a list of item specifications. This is a total small business set aside. NAICS Code for this requirement is 441310 with a size standard (in millions of dollars) of $15.0. Quotes will be evaluated on lowest price, technically acceptable. All vendors shall be signed up and have an active DUNS number in SAM.GOV to quote. There will be a single award for all items. All quotes shall be firm fixed price. Purchase Orders shall be accepted for purchases. Delivery shall be performed within 30 days or less. This Request for Quote falls under FAR Part 12 & 13 All vendors shall review, complete, and submit the following two (2) documents to the Contracting Officer in order to be considered for award. 1. Quote 2. Self Certifying Document (attachment number 1) If a vendor does not submit BOTH (two (2)) required documents they will be considered nonresponsive to the RFQ.
