Direct and Video Laryngoscopes with Installation The purpose is to provide and install Direct and Video Laryngoscope at SLVHCS. SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS Suggested Manufacturer: Equivalent to Storz C-MAC, as listed below: Specifications/Salient Characteristics: Direct Laryngoscopes: blades must include Macintosh and Miller with standard sizes (3 4, 5); must be single-use/disposable; must allow transition to stationary video option for difficult airways. Video Laryngoscopes: stationary and portable video capability; must allow direct laryngoscopy, video laryngoscopy, flexible scope intubations and bronchoscopy all on one portable system; single-use/ disposable blades, must include Macintosh, Miller, and D-blade; system must provide dual monitor inputs to allow for toggling between video laryngoscopy, flexible scope intubation and bronchoscopy; must be portable, including screen that fits into standard pocket; all-in-one system requiring no additional equipment, with autofocus and real-time color video, instant picture, video record and review functions on both portable and fixed systems.
