- This special notice is posted to inform all VPSS WBPS interested offerors that the Government has reconsidered the previously posted Small Business Participation Goal of 20% for this effort. Due to the commerciality mandate of the items to be awarded, the Government intends to remove the percentage requirement for Small Business Participation. Please note that for all Offerors, Small Business Participation will still be evaluated and a Subcontracting Plan will still be required for Large Business Offerors. The previous solicitation number for this effort is W900KK-16-R-0059. The solicitation number has been updated to reflect the current fiscal year.
