Description

NSWC PHD developed and produced the "OJ-663 (V) 1 1 Flat Panel Display (FPD) with Illuminated Writing Surface Technology Refresh Combat Display Console Conversion Kit" solution which includes a fully qualified Build to Print (BTP) package. The BTP package shall be referenced for all technical details. The conversion kit consists of a 17" FPD with Illuminated Writing Surface, associated cables and mounting hardware required to remove and replace the Electron Tube CRT. This FPD receives and displays video information from multiple sources via the OJ-663 (V) 1 A13 Video Interface CCA to provide situational awareness to operators. NSWC PHD intends to procure 352 Flat Panel Display (FPD) with illuminated Writing Surface Technology Refresh kits for installation in OJ-663 Combat Display Consoles aboard DDG (Destroyer) and CG (Cruiser) ships in port and at sea for the U.S. and Allied Nations, land based test facilities, and shipyards. Additionally, the procurement requires the contractor to provide a First Article Test, Parts Configuration services, Ordnance Alteration (ORDALT) kitting, ORDALT installation and testing, and material harvesting and shipping. Approximately 70 percent of this proposed contract will be for materials/equipment and 30 percent will be for services.
