The Shreveport VAMC is in need of 4 Reliance or equal ENT Exam chairs that meet the following minimum requirements: Recline 180 degree for exams and minor procedures Pillow headrest detachable for easy cleaning Chair position adjustment on the chair back Hinged foot rest to prevent patients sliding out during procedures. Dual rotation locks to swivel 330 degrees Padded armrests that lock in place Installation is needed as well.
