Description

The Network Contracting Officer 04 intends to negotiate a modification to contract VA244-17-C-0043 with FDR Services Corp 44 NEWMANS CT HEMPSTEAD NY, 11550  for increased linen quotas and laundry usage.   FDR Services Corp provides laundry and linen services to the Lebanon, PA Veterans Affairs Medical Center 1700 S Lincoln Ave Lebanon PA 17042 under contract VA244-17-C-0043.   The period of performance is 12-01-2016 through 11-30-2017. The Government s original daily linen quotas and laundry usage projections included in the contract are insufficient to meet the medical center s current needs.   If not addressed immediately, veteran care will be affected.   This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.   Please direct any questions to Mr. Donald Butler at Donald.Butler3@va.gov no later than 12:00PM Eastern on 03-10-2017.
