Description

VA250-17-R-0138 AE Multi-Disciplinary IDIQ Paragraph 5 of the original pre-solicitation announcement for SF330s is supplemented as follows: The primary NAICS code for this procurement is 541310 Architectural Services with a Small Business (SB) Size Standard of $7.5 million. The primary SDVOSB AE submitting the SF330 package must meet this size standard to be eligible for award. 2. Paragraph 7. g. of the original pre-solicitation announcement for SF 330s is modified as follows: g. Geographic Location - Location in the general geographical area of the project. Must have an office from which design work and construction site visits will originate that is within 250 driving miles of the closest VA Medical Center listed in paragraph 2 of this announcement. Driving distance shall be calculated using the Google Maps (maps.google.com) directions tool by entering the AE office address as the starting point and closest VA medical center address as the destination. The resulting mileage driving distance (fastest route) shall be the official calculation for the purposes of this factor to determine if the geographic location requirement is met. A print out of the results shall be attached to the SF330 qualification package. The AE office location must be listed in the SF 330 application and must also be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM www.sam.gov). Office locations not registered in SAM shall result in the entire SF330 submission being determined non-responsive and will not be considered. Although the geographic location requirement is as described above, any AE firm submitting an SF330 package acknowledges that if selected, design services may be required and shall be provided for all of the medical centers listed in paragraph 2 of this announcement.
