- Combined Synopsis / Solicitation Solicitation number : VA247-17-Q-0293 Anticipated award date: March 22, 2017 This requirement is for: Cryo-Gun (Liquid nitrogen spray cryosurgical instruments) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation is being competed as a 100% Service-disabled Veteran-owned Small Business set aside. The NAICS code that applies is 339112 and business size of 1,000 Employees. Items shall be Brand Name or Equal Note: Please review the solicitation document in its entirety for detailed instructions on what is required for each proposal and for how the proposals will be evaluated. Please see all attachments for complete understanding of requirements. Failure to provide all required documentation (in accordance with the terms of required specifications and Evaluation Factors listed in the Basis of Award), your proposal will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for evaluation or award. This is a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) acquisition. The Government will make an award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is the most advantageous to the government.
