- RFP ISSUE DATE: MARCH 23, 2017 Solicitation for End Item: B1B; NSN: 2840 011471794. Boeing, 43999, GUIDE ASSEMBLY, AIR, ENGINE, P/N 9-L4100237-001. PR 1000054875. Configuration Control item. CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM. NAICS is 336412. This is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) SET ASIDE. Only offers from SDVOSB's will be considered. FOB DESTINATION, Inspection/Acceptance: ORIGIN. Production delivery requested in 206 days AFAA. GOVT FAT REQUIRED. This is a Request for proposal for an Indefinite Quantity LTC Contract, base year with 4 option years. EAQ IS 24. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are available and can be furnished by the Government to eligible contractors. Solicitations between $25,000 and over will be made in writing. OFFERORS MUST COMPLETE A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select Search RFPs. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
