Exhibit A This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS ( https://www.fbo.gov/ ). The RFQ number is SPMYM3-17-Q-3015. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-95 and DFARS Change Notice 20161222. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. DLA Maritime - Portsmouth, Kittery, ME Contracting Office requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing: CLIN 0001: Bearing Inner Insert Half, 1.021 Inches Thick x 26.990 Inches Long. Must meet the requirements of MIL-DTL-17901C. QPL-17901-QPD Applies. Duramax Marine P/N 876652132-1. CLIN 0002: Bearing Inner Insert Half, 1.021 Inches Thick x 26.990 Inches Long. Must meet the requirements of MIL-DTL-17901C. QPL-17901-QPD Applies. Duramax Marine P/N 876652132-2. CLIN 0003: Data Requirements (Exhibit A): CDRL DI-MISC-81356A (Certificate of Compliance). Please include in cost of line item if possible. Note: Receipt Inspection will inspect the insert thickness to confirm thickness. Tolerance: 1.014" to 1.025" thick. THIS MATERIAL IS A QPL ITEM. VENDORS MUST BE PROVIDING AN ITEM THAT IS MANUFACTURED BY AN APPROVED QPL SOURCE. Delivery Location is Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Receiving Officer, Bldg 170, Code 501.2, Kittery, ME 03904. This announcement will close at 10:00 AM EST on March 20, 2017 Evaluation Criteria is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) however, PPIPRS/FAPPIS will be used to screen for vendor responsibility. All quotes shall include price(s) FOB Destination, a point of contact, name, email, fax, and phone number, GSA contract number if applicable, business size, country product of origin, place of manufacture, delivery time, payment terms, if registered in WAWF and/or if quoter accepts payment by Government Purchase Card. Quoters shall include a completed copy of 52.212-3 and its ALT I with quotes unless vendor is registered in SAM. If registered, please so state on quote and affirm representations and certifications are up to date. Each response must clearly indicate the capability of the quoter to meet all specifications and requirements. When submitting a quote it is very important that all offerors understand it is their responsibility to ensure they meet all requirements of the RFQ, not just those requirements stated in the specification such as terms and conditions, representations and certifications.
