Description

Redacted Justification Specifications This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract using Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The US Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground Tenant Division, 6001 Combat Drive, Aberdeen Proving Ground MD 21005. Hazardous and Medical Waste Training Material - 49 CFR. Materials will be used to support the Hazardous and Medical Waste DoD training courses. Item #1 49 CFR Early 0031 Qty-180 Item #2 49 CFR Early 0033 Qty-200 The Government intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract to "Label Master" The Associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 323117 and the Business Size Standard is 1250. All responses received within seven (7) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 12:00PM Eastern Time, March 15,2017. Any responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
