Description
SYNOPSIS: The Marine Corps Base (MCB) Fire and Emergency Services Dept aboard Camp Lejeune, NC has a requirement for the purchase of two AeroClave RDS 3110 Decontamination Units, two AeroClave Portable Hand Sprayers (part number APA25) and one case (4 gallons) of AeroClave Vital Oxide disinfectant solution (part number VOXU12) for use decontaminating the ambulances and fire trucks. The proposed acquisition is RESTRICTED to SMALL BUSINESS and BRAND NAME ONLY. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 339113, Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing and the small business size standard is 750 employees. The Government will solicit and award this contract using simplified acquisition procedures, in accordance with FAR subpart 13.0. It is the Government's intention to issue a single firm-fixed price purchase order on an "all or none" basis for all items. The Government intends to award to the quoter who represents the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote. Item specifications will be included with the solicitation. The solicitation will be available for download via the electronic data interchange at FedBizOpps, www.FBO.gov, on or about 3 days from this posting. It is the responsibility of the quoter to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the government must be registered in the System For Award Management (SAM) database, http://www.sam.gov/ and agree to implement the Department of Defense web-based software application Invoicing, receipt, acceptance and property transfer (iRAPT) (Formerly WAWF) at https://wawf.eb.mil/.
