- AMENDMENT 0002 issued to add answers to some questions. QUOTES are DUE MARCH 16, 2017 at 5pm Eastern Standard Time. Storage Unit Rental in Flagstaff, AZ Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Request for Quote (RFQ) The National Park Service intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract for Storage Unit Rental for the Grand Canyon National Park, Flagstaff AZ. (to be located in Flagstaff, AZ). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and is under Simplified Acquisition Procedures FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation documents incorporate provisions, and clauses that are currently in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. This procurement is a 100% small business set aside. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 531120 ¿ Lessors of Nonresidential Buildings (except miniwarehouses) ¿ Size $27.5M. This contract will be Firm Fixed Price. To be eligible for an award, contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database www.sam.gov. A contractor can contact the SAM by calling 1-866-606-8220 or e-mail at http://www.fsd.gov. NO EXCEPTIONS. A DUNS (Dun and Bradstreet) number is required in order to register. Storage Unit Must be located in the Flagstaff, Arizona city limits. PLEASE read attached statement of work for unique requirements.
