- Draft Statement of Work Request for Information for Helicopter Pilots and Mechanics The FBI is seeking input from vendors with the capability to provide the support services of helicopter pilots and aviation mechanics, for both fixed and rotary wing aircraft. Attached is a draft statement of work and questions to assist the FBI in understanding the capabilities of both small and large businesses to meet the FBI's requirement. All capable businesses, large and small, are encouraged to respond to this RFI. Anticipated award time frame is May-June 2017.
