- The Government is seeking a procurement of initial engine spares (AE3007H) to support the MQ-4C aircraft platform. This procurement will be for fully integrated engines to include the incorporation of all NAVAIR approved configuration changes. Currently, the Government does not possess nor have unlimited rights to all the necessary data developed by the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) for the MQ-4C engine. Engine quantities to be contracted for are as follows: FY17 “ 1 ea FY18 “ 1 ea FY19 “ 4 ea FY20 - 3 ea FY21 - 1 ea These items require Government Source Approval prior to award. If you are not an approved source, you must submit, together with your proposal, the information detailed in the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure which can be obtained on the internet at https://www.navsup.navy.mil/navsup/ourteam/navsupwss/business_opps. Offers received which fail to provide all data required by the source approval brochure will not be considered for award under this solicitation. Please note, if evaluation of a source approval request submitted hereunder cannot be processed in time and/or approval requirements preclude the ability to obtain subject items in time to meet Government requirements, award of this requirement may be continued based on Fleet support needs.
